Practice Management

Bailey Gross

Bailey Gross joined the Ivor Veterinary Clinic team in July 2018 after coming from a diverse work and educational background. She graduated from Fort Hays State University with her Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2016.

Bailey lives in Surry County with her husband, daughter, and her furry family members, Ranger, Rigatoni and Basil, the cat. She is committed to providing exceptional care for patients and their families. When she isn’t working in the clinic, she enjoys walking with her dogs and spending time with family.

Veterinary Technicians & Assistants

Erika Niles, LVT

Our lead technician, Erika Niles, has been with us since October 2011. She received her degree in veterinary technology in 2020. Erika and her husband, Kyle, have two children, Kaleb and Elaina. They also have three dogs: a Doberman pincher, Sadie, a bloodhound mix, Lady, a pit bull mix, Noodles, and one cat, Carrot. Outside of work, Erika enjoys reading and art and has a passion for fostering dogs for local rescues. 

Amanda Rhodes, Veterinary Assistant

Amanda started with Ivor in 2015. She enjoys her job and all of the many new friends she's made along the way (ones with and without paws)! Married since 2015, Amanda and her husband, Brandon, have one daughter, three dogs, two cats, and an abundance of chickens. She currently attends veterinary technician school, and she enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with her family and friends.  

Stephanie Martin, Veterinary Assistant

Stephanie joined the Ivor Vet Clinic team in 2016. She has been with her significant other, Eddy, for 17 years and they have a 12 year old daughter named Lydia. Stephanie has a passion for rescuing/rehabilitating disabled cats. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at home and doing crafts with her daughter. Her pet family is large and varied! She has (we will just say many) cats, 5 snakes, 2 gerbils and some fish. 

Ashlee Ferguson, Veterinary Assistant

Ashlee joined the IVC team in September 2020 with many years of working with animals under her belt. She lives in the Southampton area with her son (Noah), two cats (Kaiser and Luna), and her Bearded Dragon (Maui) and has intentions of growing her pet family. She's had a dedication to animals and their care from a young age and is currently pursuing her Veterinary Technician License.

Jennie Brunelle, Veterinary Assistant

Jennie has been with the IVC team since August 2021 and is working her way toward a veterinary technician degree. She lives in the Southampton area with her family and three kitties: Jasmine, Crookshanks and Macy. You may also find the occasional foster kitten or two under her care.

Kristin Hardy, Veterinary Assistant

Kristin grew up in Southampton County. She has had a love for animals since she was young. Kristen has been with Ivor Veterinary Clinic since February 2019 and she owns four cats and two dogs.

Jessica Daniels

Jessica grew up in Eastern North Carolina and has resided in Virginia for 26 years. She worked for 25 years in public and private sectors providing administrative support. Jessica is the mother of three sons and she has always loved Snoopy. She has a Beagle named Rebbie, enjoys reading books, visiting historical sites and the Outer Banks, and spending time with loved ones. Jessica loves greeting all of your fur babies when they arrive at our clinic!

Sherry Moen

Sherry has worked as a part-time CSR at Ivor Veterinary Clinic since 2015. She has three grown children and three grandchildren. Sherry also has one dog, Zyree, and two cats, Minka and Mya.

Hannah Dodson

Hannah grew up in Southampton County and has had a passion for animals for many years. With a diverse background of education and activities, she hopes to pursue a degree in Veterinary Technology very soon. Hannah prides herself on keeping an open mind and open heart when it comes to humans and animals. In her free time, Hannah loves to play with her cat, Penny, go kayak fishing, and spend time with her loved ones.

Mattie Coggin

Mattie grew up in Surry, Virginia. Her love for animal began at a young age and led her to an internship during her teen years. As an intern, she traveled to dog shows with her mentor, Kristin. Along the way, she learned how to properly care for dogs' coats and her passion for pursuing a dog grooming career began. Mattie and her husband, Peter, have three dogs: Tank, the Golden Retriever, and her two English Cocker Spaniels, Jade and Mason.
